Community leaders will appear on five separate one hour panels to discuss the most pressing issues facing the Greenville community on Wednesday at the Greenville Community Summit.  The summit is the second in an annual series started in 2014 by Inner Banks Media in an effort to create communication and discussion among local taxpayers regarding their city and county.

This year’s summit will take place as part of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Business Expo that will be going on simultaneously in the Greenville Convention Center.

The summit will take place over five consecutive hours with a different panel and discussion each hour.

Henry Hinton, president of Inner Banks Media, will moderate the panel discussions that will include time at the end of each hour for questions from the community.

“This year we’ve changed the lineup a bit to include an hour panel discussion on the upcoming bond referendum vote just announced by the city council”, said Hinton.   “In addition we’re going to take on crime, traffic and roads, the local economy and healthcare in our community.”

The summit is open to the community.  Tickets to the Expo cost $2 however free tickets can be downloaded at greevnillenc.org or picked up at local businesses (including Inner Banks Media at 1884 Arlington Blvd.).
