The Greenville Community Summit tackled the issues and controversies surrounding the city council’s decision to include five different issues on one bond referendum for the November elections.  The panelists included in the discussion are City Councilman Rick Smiley (District 4), Kevin Mulligan, the director of Greenville Public Works, City Councilman Rick Croskery (District 5) and Dennis Mitchell who chaired the Bond Advisory Committee.
